It's not surprising that you get more personal service at smaller boutiques. good service should be acknowledged because it is so important. Was this the first time?

Hi - my first time in a way - needed to visit a few times for either service / polish / bracelet adjustment. Thought I needed an excuse, but they confirm always pleased for us to visit. Andy
