Hi, I Hit the overseas titanium bezel on a wall. Can this bezel be replaced? Is it glued on the case? Best Regards Joo From Brazil

Replacement will come from Vacheron and will cost a lot. A real lot. It is possible that it can be repaired, either by Vacheron or by a qualified local watchmaker.

as I don't know how titanium gets machined, but I am 100% certain that the watch will look like new when you get it back. :-) Bill

Generally speaking it's not simple to "fix" titanium parts. The scratch is pretty deep and it should be fixed by adding some material with the laser welding technique and then polishing it. Unfortunately laser welding, and polishing too, it's a "nightmare...
