And I forgot the number on the back of the watch, which is 145.8.89

I have just bought an older version of the Master Control Automatic with Date. The one that measures 34 mm. I have no idea of how old it is. On the back a serial number is engraved which is 0406. Can anyone give a estimate of the age of this watch based on these scarce informations?

Hi I have just bought a vintage Vacheron Constantin, model 7397, movement 1072/1. Movement number 598659 case number 443372. Seller is estimating the watch is from around 1960. Is it possible form the numbers to date this watch more accurate than around1960? Best regards Henrik
