Overseas QUARTZ version 37mm authentic ? >>

Hi,

during the last few months I have seen several offers about the QUARTZ Version of the 37mm VC Overseas.

Quartz ?

Are these 37mm Quartz models authentic ? I have
informed myself at Vacheron's homepage and several
other internet ressources but I have only found the
small women sized Overseas as a quartz version.

If this big version also authentic, has VC used their own quartz movement or is it a more or less customized ETA ?
