They actually are blued....

....although it takes almost perfect lighting and magnification to see the blue color....they are very dark in color....much like the second hand on the Malte Grand Classique....but if you get a loop and great light on the hands, you will see blued steel....at least on the sub dials...I can't vouch for the center seconds yet as I can't get the light right....will look more tonight under a bright lamp........

but I believe the yellow gold Historique Chrono with a black dial had yellow gold hands. Sorry I do not have my reference matterials available to check its reference number. But perhaps someone else can help with this information. Best regards, Dino

The chronograph hand and the two subdial hands are black (not blued steel...though that would look very nice). Bill
