I was going back in time..

to see what I can cobble up as a newly minted mod trying to come up with a first post.

Of course, the spirit of our old friend lives on by giving me this snippet as I went back a few years trying to look for suitable material.

The essence of it is in the screen cap. My first post in the photo forum when Casey still had access to the old network54 servers.

He claims it to be from 2005..

But the first photo that I associated with this reply of his was from 2006 if I’m to go by the watermark. Strange. Maybe I just copyrighted it as 2006 when I really took it in ‘05. Who knows

It’s a bamboo structure of some kind and if my memory serves, I even gave it a title of “bridge to nowhere”. It was taken with a Canon P&S.

Part of my routine here moving forward would be to resurrect old photos from you guys. I’ve seen a few, btw, and they’re quite interesting, pure, even. I like looking back to give us a bead on our current styles, if the journey has been evolutionary, a 180 degree turn of sorts or maybe a comforting persistence of sorts to how we see the world aka stagnant hahaha!
