With our PuristS 10th edition watches, the PPro exec team does not get sole control on which watches get made - it is all up to the brands to approve. So we are limited in what watches we really want to have.
What you've written is why the 1st PuristSPro Edition was the PuristSPro All-Black Rescue watch. It was an affordable watch that everyone in the community could afford.
And realistically, we cannot have all PuristS editions in the $1k price range because part of our community wants higher-end community watches. If we keep making $1k PuristS edition watches, the community that wants a $10k, $50k, $100k, or $500k watch will be disappointed.
It is all about catering to the entire community. Sometimes there will be a $1k watch, Sometimes there will be a $10k watch, Next may be a $50k, $100k, $500k, and so on. This is the only fair way to make the entire PuristS community happy.
We cannot limit all PuristS editions to be a the low price point. It is unreasonable and not fair to the entire community.
Hope you understand our logic, and I hope you don't feel like the PPro exec team is being elitist if one of the PuristS 10th Editions is a watch that costs $100k.
Best,
Anthony
