Contact the store you bought it from to explain the issue. They will probably advise you to bring the watch in and have the problem fixed under warranty. Don't use the watch until you have spoken to them.

But I dont want that they scrap or wash completely my watch, I don't understand what it is, if it's durst I dont worry and don't want to clean , but if it is factory carelessness or may be it's normal
