Unfortunately, these things happen during production ...

... in my reviews, you will find several examples of such particles residing on the various markers, or on the dial surface itself. They won't do any harm, but they are disturbing - especially in a product that is sold for a lot of money, claiming something like "utmost care in painstakingly perfect production" (or similar phrases are used). The only way to educate manufacturers into the simple equation "more money charged=more perfection expected by the buyer" is to show them that sloppyiness during the manufacturing procedure is not tolerated. However: Resulting from my long experience, I advise against having a watch opened without urgent necessity. The danger of even larger problems resulting from the surgery is imminent. Therefore I would suggest: Point out the flaw to the dealer, write it down, and demand that it is corrected free of charge when the watch is sent in for its first regular service. Thus you combine the rectification with the necessary overhaul; no additional opening is needed.

how do you think it is factory fault ?

Contact the store you bought it from.

Contact the store you bought it from to explain the issue. They will probably advise you to bring the watch in and have the problem fixed under warranty. Don't use the watch until you have spoken to them.
