Everything that's  been said so far is correct. I'd just like to add a few details.

The only metal variations on this design are YG and Platinum. There is also a version without moonphase, with Roman number hour indicators, Ref 47501, that is also lovely. Production stopped around 1999/2000.

The movement is VC's 1126 with complete calendar function, based on the JLC 889.
