Red Rubber now standard on a VC?
Mar 20, 2024,23:29 PM
I was fortunate to pick up a new Overseas Dual Time today, and I was surprised by two things—
First, it seems that Vacheron has updated the quick release system on the Overseas. The new system seems like a subtle upgrade, and it makes the connection to the buckle on the strap much sturdier than it previously was.
Second, it seems that the Dual Time, at least the one with a black dial, now comes with a red strap, rather than a black one. That caught me by surprise. The red strap is fun, but I’m not sure I am sporty or young enough to pull it off.

I'm waiting on my chrono to come in in the next month. The boutique gave me a heads up. I did go in to see the change on them. The bracelet's all taper now and it's not the movement that is thinner, the case is 1 mm thinner. I didn't know about the red st...
