Questions about vintage V&C movements P453/3C >>
Hi,
recently I have bought two V&C movements. Both caliber P453 (#467181 and #495925).
Are these V&C movements based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre P449/P479 etc. ?
I have some spare part lists from JLC and it seems that both have the same basis. As a consequence I assume that
also the parts are interchangable and most parts from JLC P479 could be used also for the V&C P453 movement.
On the other hand, I understand that V&C won't sell any spare parts to private collectors.
What is the production date of my two V&C movements ?
Could anyone give me some advice, help or hint ?
