Yes this is very much the same. Only difference is that mine is yellow gold. As both movement and case numbers are higher than the ones described in the mentioned catalogue, I guees it is safe to assume that it is of a never date, but I will try to confirm with VC. Thanks for your help, it moved the presumed age of my watch about 10 years.
